Tom Barnett, Broker and Owner
Broker Tom Barnett specializes in sales and acquisitions of restaurants in Sonoma County. His personal and professional relationship with many of the restaurant owners and chefs of Sonoma County, as well as his own 28 years of experience as a restaurateur, make him uniquely qualified to guide both the buyer and the seller through the purchase/sale process. Tom began working as an agent for Santa Rosa Realty in 1990 and purchased the business in 1992. Jeff Sacher, Broker Associate
Jeff is a leader in business brokering in the North Bay. Since joining Santa Rosa Realty in 1999 he has assisted Buyers and Sellers in over 200 business sales and acquisitions. Jeff provides other services for his clients as well. As a consultant, he provides business evaluations for companies. As an expeditor with the local Santa Rosa Alcohol and Beverage Control (ABC), he is able to offer ABC licensing services for clients. Bob Oshetsky, Broker Associate
Bob Oshetsky is licensed as a Real Estate Broker, specializing in helping clients buy and sell businesses. Debbie Perry is a licensed real estate agent with a degree in business management. She became a certified Business Transfer Specialist as an affiliate of the Business Brokers Network, and with her family is also a small business owner. Debbie joined Santa Rosa Realty in 2001 representing a wide variety of businesses for sale but predominately restaurants and bars. Lisa Hemenway, Agent
Over the past 30 years, Lisa has been a licensed real estate agent, owned restaurants, bakeries, designed kitchens and worked as an executive chef in Vietnam and Singapore. She has cooked for and entertained wine makers, chefs and dignitaries throughout the world and was even a carpenter!
